The protection of your personal data is an important concern for us and we want you to feel safe when visiting our Internet pages. In the following, we would like to show you which information we at AMCV record during your visit to our internet pages and how this information is used.
AREA OF VALIDITY
This data protection declaration applies to the website of the Arthros Medical Center Vienna. It does not apply to any existing links to external companies.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or determinable natural person. This includes information such as your name, your address and your telephone number. Information that is not directly associated with your real identity – such as preferred websites or number of users of a site – is not personal data.
COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
When you visit our Internet pages, our web servers temporarily store the connection data of the requesting computer, the web pages you visit on our site, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used, and the website from which you visit us, as standard for the purpose of system security. Additional personal information such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address is not collected unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of a registration, a survey, to execute a contract or a request for information.
USE AND FORWARDING OF PERSONAL DATA
We use the personal data provided by you exclusively for the purpose of technical administration of the web pages and to fulfil your wishes and requirements, i.e. usually to process the contract concluded with you or to answer your enquiry. Only if you have given us your consent or if you have not lodged an objection – insofar as legal regulations provide for this – do we also use this data for performance-related surveys and marketing purposes.
The storage period of these data depends on their intended use. Your personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties.
USE OF COOKIES

Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website, as well as to make our services as convenient and efficient as possible for you. The purpose of using these cookies is to be able to offer you an optimal user guidance as well as to “recognize” you and to be able to present you with as varied a website and new content as possible when you use it repeatedly. The content of a cookie is limited to an identification number. Name, IP address etc. are not stored. An individual profile of your usage behaviour will not be created.

Session cookies are absolutely necessary for the functioning of our website and cannot be deactivated. You can set your browser to block session cookies or to notify you about their use. However, some areas of the website may then not function. Session cookies are used in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
